The Melbourne Police Department said it arrested a Melbourne man on felony probation with DUI after traffic stop.Police said Tyler Jeffrey Huskins, 25, of 3202 Wind Song Court in Melbourne, was arrested after failing a DUI test.Officers said they observed a white Toyota fail to yield the right of way, nearly causing a crash, at Eau Gallie and N.
